At some point, we plan to add a lift that goes into garage, mud room, to the sceen room for easy access. I came across this clean lift that was looks perfect for our use when the time comes.

Orb Lighting
For those of you who have not seen the house, I have a fetish with lighting. I have to agree with the author that everyhouse needs a icon. I have seen this lighting in other houses but have not came across the name until now. I plan to add 36-inch capiz shell orb under my dining room as well.

Pump up the Bass
Despite my advice from my audio expert friends to install a sonos system, we went another route. We plan to install this the Breathe Audio multiroom system from Outdoorspeakersdepot. They recommended 6.5" outdoor speaker verses the 5.25". The nice advantage to this setup is each zone has a wallplate for the volume and Aux controls (Radio & MP3). We consider the universal option but figure the remote would be missplaced as some point.

Horseshoe Drive
I thought I would use my septic tank to my advantage and make some green area. Eventually, I may put a fountain on the top of the tank to make use of the area. In addition, we design a RV /trailer parking with a clean out to support any overnight friends or golf cart lovers. This design helps on the pocket book as well.

Back 2 the Beach was designed with the aid of google sketchup. The screen room was extended from the original design. It was simplly to small.
